Beautiful trek with an excellent guide

I hadn't done much research before going on this trip. However, I was well informed before arriving by the company, and there was a fast respond to my emails.I went on this trip as a solo female traveller. I was set me up in a small group of other female travellers, which I appreciated. The guide made me feel very safe through out the trip and made us feel comfortable as a groupe. He was very informative, and he gladly answered all our questions. On our way, we heard about bad experiences with other guides ect., so I was really glad that I felt that I was in good hands. The trek itself is hard, especially because I chose to carry my own backpack, but it is so beautiful and really worth it. I can only recommend this trip! Beautiful surroundings and a great guide!

Professional, safe trekking with an experienced guide

Back in April we did a two-week trek with Nir to EBC, Chola Pass (the highlight for me) and Gokyo Lake. We had a group of mixed ages and fitness levels, and Nir managed our different needs well. He was organized and thorough: every night we debriefed about the day, he measured our oxygen levels (I didn't see any other guides doing this), and laid out the plan for the next morning. He ensured we got accommodation in our desired teahouses even at very busy times, made helpful suggestions on what to eat/ not eat, taught us card games and generally took excellent care of us. You can tell he's been at this a long time. Trekking in Nepal is an amazing experience I'd recommend to anyone, and doing it with Nir you know you'll be in great hands.

More of a friend than a guide! EXCELLENT!

Excellent experience I had doing the Ghorepani-Poonhill trek with this company. I was actually a solo traveller and joined a Holland couple throughout my trek. Nir was our guide and everything we ever needed was provided instantly. He treated us more like a friend than a guide and we never felt out of place. Something which every foreigner would want in a foreign country. I strongly recommend him and his team for any Nepal trekking adventure. Will come back soon! :)

    Nice and humoristic guide

Nir was our guide in October 2016, when we did a Ghorepani-Poonhill-Ghandruk trekking. He is very experienced, knows his way everyday! Also, you can laugh with him a lot. We had nice conversations and lots of fun together, also with our other groupmember. We wish him all the best with his company and many save travels. We recommend him as a guide.

    Life changing experience

Completed the EBC trek and beyond. It was an incredible, life-altering experience. There is no greater beauty than the Himalayan mountains. As for Marvel Adventure, Nir is the best guide on those mountains. Every night we would plan our route, and Nir knows exactly how to estimate times, breaks, what to eat, what not to eat, oxygen levels, etc. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I can't emphasize enough how important it is to have an experienced guide who is trustworthy, as this is not an easy expedition. Not only did Nir look after us and share with us the greatest trek of our lives, he introduced us to off the beaten path unique experiences, like having tea with Sherpas who summited Everest on some of the most famous expeditions in history. Upon return to Kathmandu, we all agreed, trekking through the Himalayas with Marvel Adventure was the best decision we've ever made.

    Nice guide and super trek

Last summer, I went to Nepal with friends to trek. I met Nir who‘s a really good trekking guide. He was really nice, reliable and knowledgeable. He cares about everything during the trek : accomodation, food, travel from Kathmandu to the first step of trek... Moreover his website is clear and attractive. He answers quickly to messages. This was a great eperience, thanks to Marvel Adventure.

    Amazing Trekking in Nepal

I had an incredible time during my trek to EBC and Gokyo Lakes! Originally, my boyfriend and I were considering doing the trek on our own, but I'm so happy we decided to do a tour instead. Our experience was so seamless - no need to worry about deciding about an itinerary, which guesthouse to stay at, or getting lost on routes. They take care of everything for you (hire porters, take care of TIMS card, national park permit, book flights, sleeping bags, etc) and at a reasonable price! We were always in good hands with our guide Nir. Not only was he was very knowledgable and experienced guide, but also incredibly kind. When I was feeling some of the negative side effects of the altitude, he was always sure to check in on me and make me feel better. Plus he always had a good stash of Happy happy's(chocolate chip cookies) available! I'd highly recommend Marvel Adventure to anyone considering doing trekking in Nepal - especially with Nir!

Marvelous Trek to EBC with Nir and team.

The EBC trek is simply amazing and a must do if you are anywhere near Nepal. It has everything you want. Lush green valley's around Lukla, Monjo and Phakding. Epic hikes up endless steep trails to Namche, Tengboche and Tukla Pass. Beautiful alpine desolation and moonscape vistas with jaw dropping views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and more. History bursting out of every stop, twist and turn along the way. A standout of many standouts is Ama Dablam which follows you like a sentinel overlooking your progress in the middle portion of the trek. It's a special mountain in a special part of the world and Nir and his team are the people to see it with. We had Nir and Ram on our trek and they were perfect. Friendly, happy, helpful, knowledgeable people to spend 2 weeks with in the mountains. They took care of everything we needed but gave us the freedom to do things at our own pace as well.Even if you're not super fit, you can do this trek. We saw people from 7 to 87 doing this trek. The tea house accommodation and guides make it easy enough so that all you really need is the determination to get there. One step at a time.
